Document signing — legal certification

Why This Matters

Most people get this wrong — and AHPRA rejects their documents.

AHPRA requires a very specific wording on every certified document. A solicitor's signature won't do. A commissioner for oaths won't do. You need a Notary Public — and the exact certification language that AHPRA accepts.

Getting it wrong means delays, re-certification costs, and a pushed-back start date in Australia.

Wrong certifier

Solicitors and commissioners for oaths are NOT accepted by AHPRA for international applicants. Many people only find this out after rejection.

Wrong wording

AHPRA requires exact wording on every page of every document. A single missing phrase means the entire document is rejected.

Last-minute panic

With a visa date or start date locked in, delays in notarisation can cascade into everything else.

Our AHPRA Certification

We use the exact wording AHPRA requires. Every time.

Anthony Joyce holds a specific notarial stamp for medical professionals emigrating to Australia. The certification on every document reads exactly as AHPRA requires — no variations, no ambiguity.
